Dirk Todd - President of MCI

Mr. Todd founded MCI in 2006 and has specialized in direct investments into oil and gas royalties, overriding royalties and non operated working interests placing investors into several million dollars of these assets in that time. He has become well versed in 1031 exchange investments into oil and gas and published his book, “Stomp the IRS Out of Your Capital Gains” in 2007. His background prior to 2004 is in real estate and real estate financing where he was a principle in a private lending brokerage. Since 2006, he has been engaged in the acquisition of energy royalties. Mr. Todd grew up in the oil patch of Brownwood Texas, studied business at the University of Texas at Austin for 3 years, earned a BA in Business from Ohio University in Athens, and earned a Masters in Business from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
